I mentioned my goals/resolutions are broken up into three categories: Self Improvement, Beautiful Home, and Creative Pleasure. Creative Pleasure is a category to help me stay sane. I enjoy writing, sewing, and needlepoint, but what I really love is scrap-booking.
Recording history by first taking photos and then figuring out how to put them together to tell the story is an incredible process for me.
This weekend one of my favorite things is happening – the p2P digital scrap-booking crop. People from all over follow the posts and suggestions from p2P pixies and it helps us all get a lot done! They have one each quarter. I end up getting so much done, I set aside these weekends. They are weekends where my husband tackles all things kiddo related and mommy gets time (mostly) to herself. I recharge and I exercise my creative muscles.

I use the Forever print shop that is so much more – you can make your own scrapbooks or fill in photo albums online and then receive the hard copy print. You can also use them as a reliable photo storage. They even will take your older printed photos, negatives, slides and videos and digitize them! I believe in them so much that I’ve become an ambassador – check them out: Forever website or ask me questions!
When making your goals, don’t forget to make some fun goals that rejuvenate you too! I’m off to go flex my creative wings!
